At RESA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is effortless and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
